AND A CHILD NEIGHBORS TELL US THAT LITTLE GIRL WAS JUST FOUR YEARS OLD ONE NEIGHBOR TOLDS U SHE WOKE UP AROUND FIVE O’CLOCK THIS MORNING TO SEE THEOU HSE ENGUEDLF IN FLAMES THEN SHE SAW TWO LITTLE BOYS RUNNING OVER TO HER HSEOU FOR HELP THOSE BOYS, ESCAPE THE FIRE. WHEN I OPENED UP THE FRONT DOOR THE LITTLE THE OLDEST BOYS THAT CAAN CN YOU HELP US OUR HOUSE IS ON FIRE AND I JUST IMMEDIATELY ASKED WHERE THEIR PARENTS WERE AND HE SAID THEY’RE AND I SAID, WHERE’S YOUR SISTER? Three people are dead, including a child, after a fire destroyed a home in Brown County, fire officials say. Scott Eagan with the Ripley Fire Department said the call came in at 5:01 a.m. Friday for a report of a house fire in the 7400 block of Gardner Road. Eagan said when crews arrived on scene, two boys were able to evacuate the home. The two boys were taken to the hospital for evaluation and treatment. Crews then moved into search and recovery efforts, later recovering a man, woman and a child. All three have been pronounced dead. The Brown County Sheriff's Office has identified the victims as Phillip Royster, 49, Ashley Ramos, 33, and Annabella Royster, 4.One neighbor said she woke up at 5 a.m. to see the house engulfed in flames. She then saw two boys run to her house for help, saying they escaped the fire. The cause of the fire is unknown.
