I wouldn’t be surprised if they are in the Super Bowl — that’s how confident I am about this team,” Foster said.One visit to his home and it looks like you’ve entered a Bengals museum.He said he hasn’t missed a game since 1981 when he was 11 years old. He was voted the team’s number one fan this season.Foster said he hopes this will be a special weekend for all fans, especially his four sons. They’ll all be in town for the game.
