Bitter cold weather rolls through Cincinnati


The rain is gone, but the cold air continues to spill into the greater Cincinnati and the tri-State area.Temperatures will drop into the mid to upper teens by early Monday morning. However, it will feel even colder as wind chills drop into the single digits. There will be a few clouds on Monday, but we'll still see a fair amount of sunshine. It will remain unseasonably cold as the temperatures top out in only the upper 20s during the afternoon.Tuesday morning will start even colder with lows around 11 degrees along with single-digit wind chills. We'll heat up into the mid 30s later in the day, thanks to some bright sunshine and southerly winds. The rest of the week will bring daily highs in the 40s.While there's a slight chance of a rain/snow mixture on Thursday, our next big weather maker won't come until Friday night and Saturday. A developing low could bring a wintry mix to the Tri-State area, but it's still way too early to pinpoint specific details. We'll update you throughout the week.
