The list of Ohio men and women charged in connection to the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021 includes veterans, business owners and school officials.
So far, six of the 38 Ohioans accused of crimes ranging from disorderly conduct to assault have pleaded guilty. Five received sentences ranging from probation to 45 days in jail. The cases are being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.
