Fans are counting down the hours as the Cincinnati Bearcats prepare to take on Alabama Friday in the Cotton Bowl.The bowl game isn't just exciting for fans, but also for families of students.One local family is especially excited and a house is divided.The Moorhouse family has two boys going to the College Football Playoff.One son plays in the UC band, the other for Alabama's marching band.Making the Moorhouse family a band family, through and through. "We've grown, grown into football fans," James Moorhouse, the father of the boys said.But this year the mom, Micheline, had a crazy thought. "I kid you not, before the season started, I said I want you guys to meet at a bowl game. It's on my Facebook, everything!"But with each UC win, that dream slowly became reality. "And on a national platform. I mean it doesn't get any better than that. The stars aligned. So we're super, super excited," Micheline said.Now, her oldest son, Christopher, who plays Alto saxophone for Bama's band, will be marching on the same field as her youngest son, Noah, who plays the same instrument for UC's band."This is the one game where I can say, even if Alabama loses, I'm going to be happy," Christopher said. "It's gonna be pretty special. I mean it's his last year so this was the last chance. I'm just glad it happened," Noah said. The brothers have shared a love for music since they were kids. Both started playing in the sixth grade.Now that Christopher is about to graduate and Noah is just beginning his college years, playing together at the Cotton Bowl is, "music to their ears.""It's just like the perfect way to finish out my career with the band. I really couldn't have asked for a better chance. You go out on a high note," Christopher said.Of course, a mom is never going to choose between her kids. When asked who she wanted to win, Micheline said she can't choose. "I'm not pickin' sides even though I'm a Bearcat alumni. Go cats. But Alabama's taken such good care of my boy, too, so, I'm neutral. You're not going to get one out of me."But Noah is "Betting his sax" on his Bearcats."Cats by 90!"
