A video posted on Facebook shortly after Paul Seymour Jr. and his father entered the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, showed Seymour "destroying property" and "stealing items," recently filed court documents say.

Multiple videos and images from various locations inside and outside the Capitol building show a man the FBI has identified as Seymour holding an American flag with "TRUMP" written on it.

The FBI says the man seen outside the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, holding the American Flag with "TRUMP" on it, is Paul Seymour Jr.

Seymour, 33, and his father, 61-year-old Paul Seymour Sr., are among more than 700 people who have been charged with crimes related to the Jan. 6 insurrection at the Capitol.
