Comedian Jeff Garlin is leaving ABC sitcom "The Goldbergs" following investigations into his on-set behavior and accusations of misconduct.Garlin has parted ways with the show according to a person at the network familiar with the show's plans who was not authorized to speak publicly. The actor has not finished production of the current ninth season of "The Goldbergs," which has already aired nine episodes.Garlin's reps, producer Sony Pictures Television and ABC declined to comment further. So I don’t know what to say." The actor also stars as Jeff Greene, Larry David's friend and manager, on HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm," which ends its 11th season on Dec. 26. Garlin has played the family patriarch on "The Goldbergs" since the show's premiere in 2013. ABC's No. 2 comedy follows a family based on the life of creator Adam F. Goldberg in 1980s Philadelphia. Murray Goldberg is oftenunderwear-clad, boisterous and cold in the affection department to his children. Garlin's exit comes months after the show also lost series regular George Segal, who died in March. The late actor played Pops and was honored at the end of Season 8 with a touching 48-second video tribute to the longtime film and TV star.
