A Graves County prison inmate who was rescued from the deadly Dec. 11 tornado outbreak is now at large, according to the Kentucky State Police.Francisco Starks, 44, was assigned to a work release at the MCP Candle Factory in Mayfield that was virtually destroyed by a tornado.
