Kenton County Animal Services is hosting a "clear the shelter" adoption event where it will be waiving adoption fees for dogs and cats.The clear the shelter event will be held on Saturday, Dec. 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. During the event, the $120 adoption fee will be waived for all animals.Even though adoption fees will be waived, shelter staff will still be conducting their standard screening and adopter evaluations before any adoption is finalized.
