Serious crash shuts down southbound I-75 in Boone County


Medical helicopters have been called after a serious crash shut down all southbound lanes of Interstate 75 in Northern Kentucky. It happened around 4:30 p.m. Friday in the southbound lanes of the interstate at the 183.9 mile marker — between Turfway and Erlanger in Florence. According to Boone County dispatchers, the crash involved two vehicles and one person was ejected. The conditions of those involved are unknown.
