Update 1:30 p.m.: Police confirmed that the section of Reading Road between Chaucer Drive and Sunnybrook Drive has reopened after being closed for several hours following a fire at Carrousel Inn & Suites.
A fire at a shuttered hotel in Sycamore Township has shut down part of Reading Road.
Cincinnati police confirmed calls came into dispatch shortly before 10 a.m. reporting a fire at the Carrousel Inn & Suites.
Emergency personnel from multiple departments responded to the scene Friday morning.

Police said that Reading Road between Sunnybrook Drive and the Ronald Reagan Overpass was still shut down. at 11 a.m.
