An indoor Christmas light festival and market is making its debut this holiday season in Cincinnati.
Lumaze is an all-indoor Christmas light festival featuring 100,000 square feet of towering light gardens, glowing activities, illuminated castles, and 10-foot snowmen all under the twinkle of a million lights.
"You don't have to worry about the cold. You don't have to worry about making sure your kids are okay," Lumaze spokesperson Brooke Thomas said.
The festival takes place from Nov. 26 through Dec. 30 at the Duke Energy Convention Center.
The theme this holiday season in Cincinnati is “Glow Around the World.” Visitors can take in illuminated versions of the Eiffel Tower, Taj Mahal, and the London Bridge.
Guests can explore different world landmarks that are illuminated in light. There will also be an illuminated trackless train, Santa himself, and princesses.
Adults and kids are welcome to enjoy the lights. For adults, there are bars to enjoy a drink and live music. Local food vendors will be on site as well.
"With the turnout from the shows we’ve held in Salt Lake City, Seattle and Pittsburgh, we were thrilled to bring the joy of the season through this holiday light festival to Cincinnati,” says Lumaze Cincinnati Event Manager Alex Bard.
