A Cincinnati restaurant has clinched the top spot in a new list of best restaurants for each state featured on the Food Network's show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives."
Cooking and food website Delish listed Senate as Ohio's "Best 'Diners, Drive-Ins And Dives' Restaurant In Every State."
But earlier in October, the Senate OTR location closed after 12 years. The owners said they have decided to expand their other restaurant, Abigail Street, into the space.
But don't fret, you can still get those fancy hot dogs, the Senate location in Blue Ash remains open.
"The menu is filled with catchy names, like the Trailer Park and the Hello Kitty hot dog, and the creative flavors on each bun certainly live up to the hype," Delish wrote under its Ohio entry.

Senate OTR was featured in a 2014 episode of "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives," where host Guy Fieri parked his red '68 Camaro on Vine Street to sample the Gateway Quarter hot spots for an episode called "One Street Wonders."
It was a rare break in the "Diners" format, which usually features Fieri cooking with chefs at restaurants in three different towns and states.
During the episode, Fieri talked about Cincinnati's "real deal restaurant row" thanks to "a group of restaurant rebels who decided to move in and open some awesome eateries. ... On Vine Street, this area has had a lot of ups and downs throughout the years, but they're definitely on the way up with these cool restaurants opening in the area."
Delish named Kentucky's best "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives" restaurant as Parkette Drive-In in Lexington, and Indiana's as the Historic Steer-In in Indianapolis.
