Much like Linus waiting for the Great Pumpkin, Bengals fans have faithfully shown up every year, hoping beyond hope that this season might be different. And almost every year, like Lucy pulling the football away from Charlie Brown, Bengals fans are usually disappointed. This year, though, maybe things are different. Joe Burrow and the 2021 team haven't just won games; they've made statement victories over teams like the Steelers and Ravens. Longtime fans know things could implode at any moment. But maybe, just maybe, we can believe in these Bengals.
