A man is dead after a shooting in Winton Terrace Thursday.It happened around 6:12 p.m. when officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 80 block of Craft Street.When they got to the scene, officers found the victim, later identified as 39-year-old Kenneth Milner.Milner was pronounced dead at the scene.The investigation is ongoing, anyone with information is asked to call police at 513-352-3542.
