Zac Taylor says Bengals QB ‘ready to go’

After the Cincinnati Bengals lost to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow went to the hospital to be evaluated for a possible throat contusion. On Monday, Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said Burrow is doing fine.

Burrow was back at Paul Brown Stadium on Monday, and Taylor said Burrow is on track to play in Week 6.

"He’s in good shape," Taylor said. "Expect no limitations from him but we’ll take it day-to-day as he’s dealing with this throat."

Burrow didn't miss a snap on Sunday despite taking two of his biggest hits of the season. He threw a season-high 38 passes and had 281 yards yards in a 25-22 loss.
