Indiana State Police are investigating a deadly officer-involved shooting in Ripley County.It happened Sunday morning on County Road 900 North near Sunman, Indiana.ISP officials say 37-year-old Joshua Ebinger pointed a gun at officers outside a house during a domestic dispute. Police say a woman inside with Ebinger called 911 saying he had a gun. Several agencies responded to the incident. Police say they removed the woman from the house safely, but Ebinger ignored commands to drop his gun.After pointing his gun at officers, police say a Ripley County deputy and an Indiana State trooper fired their guns at Ebinger, killing him.ISP officials say the entire incident was recorded on body camera by one of the troopers. ISP Public Information Officer Sgt. Stephen Wheeles said no officers were injured. Wheeles said information will be forthcoming.
