Police are looking for a missing man who suffers from a severe brain injury and was recently released from the hospital. The Cincinnati Police Department is looking for Carl Moorman, 42, who was last seen jumping the fence in the backyard of his home Wednesday at around 4:30 p.m. Moorman's home is located in the 3300 block of Spokane Avenue in Evanston. It's unknown where he may be heading.He was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt and blue jeans.Police said Moorman is unable to understand and comprehend if spoken to.Moorman is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds. He has short hair with missing hair on one side and brown eyes.Police said if Moorman is located, he should be taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center via ambulance for care.
