"Our teachers don't have an option to socially distance in the small rooms, so we're asking the governor to treat us like first responders, treat us like essential workers and put us in line for the vaccine. 2020 was the 'Year of the Teacher' in Florida, those aren't my words, those are Gov. DeSantis' words. We're just asking him to continue that," Savage said.
