After enjoying its open week, Beechwood dropped to No. 2 in Class 2A behind Lexington Christian in this week's Kentucky Associated Press high school football poll.
Conversely, Ryle moved up two spots to No. 5 in 6A after enjoying its open date last weekend.
Ryle will host second-ranked Louisville St. Xavier this Friday in one of the top games in the state regardless of class.
