Cincinnati Bengals safety Vonn Bell was fined $10,300 for taunting Chicago Bears quarterback and long-time Bengals starter Andy Dalton during the Bengals' Week 2 loss in Chicago, according to a report Saturday via Twitter from NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
Bears safety Tashaun Gipson was fined the same amount for taunting Bengals receiver Ja'Marr Chase in the same game.
NFL officials said earlier this week that they are for the most part pleased with the way referees are enforcing the rule.
Dalton left Sunday's game during the second quarter with a bone bruise, and Bears head coach Matt Nagy has declared Dalton's status as "week to week." Justin Fields was named the Bears' starting quarterback for their Week 3 game against the Cleveland Browns.
