Clemson Tigers left tackle Jackson Carman, a former Fairfield High School standout offensive lineman, announced Wednesday night via Twitter that he's declaring for the 2021 NFL Draft.
Carman was named second-team All-ACC last month. He started all 12 games for Clemson, which fell to 10-2 with a season-ending, 49-28 loss to the Ohio State Buckeyes in the Sugar Bowl in last week's College Football Playoff semifinal.
Carman and fellow offensive lineman Matt Bockhorst, a former St. Xavier High School standout, won a national championship with the Tigers two years ago, when Carman was a true freshman and Bockhorst was a redshirt freshman.
Clemson's star quarterback, Trevor Lawrence, also declared Wednesday for the 2021 draft.
