Former North College Hill High School standout O.J. Mayo - suspended in 2016 for two years by the NBA for violating the league's anti-drug program - is expected to play next in Russia, according to an announcement via Twitter from UNICS Kazan.

Mayo, 33, signed in 2018 to play in Puerto Rico. He has since played in Taiwan and China.
Mayo last played in the NBA for the Milwaukee Bucks, averaging 7.8 points per game in 2015-16 in his third season for the team. He also played four seasons for the Memphis Grizzlies and one season for the Dallas Mavericks.
Mayo was a two-time Ohio Mr. Basketball winner at NCH in 2005 and 2006 after transferring from Rose Hill Christian (Ashland, Ky.) in 2003. He finished his high school career in Huntington, West Virginia, before attending Southern Cal.
