A driver was shot in the abdomen by a person in another vehicle in Silverton Thursday.According to the Hamilton County Sherriff's Office, the shooting happened in the 6800 block of Montgomery Road at around 7:40 p.m.Deputies said a person in a bright blue vehicle shot multiple times into an Infiniti, striking the driver in the abdomen. Police are unsure of the make or the model of the blue vehicle.The person who was shot continued traveling to Montgomery Road and Ridge Avenue. The victim was eventually taken to the hospital by Cincinnati Fire officials for treatment.The sheriff's office said the victim is "not being cooperative" at this time.It's unclear what led up to the shooting or the extent of the victim's injuries.WLWT will provide updates when more information is available.
