The St. Louis Cardinals certainly got the attention of National League Central opponents late Friday by acquiring five-time All-Star third baseman Nolan Arenado from the Colorado Rockies, according to multiple reports.
In 181 career plate appearances against the Cincinnati Reds, Arenado has hit .318 with 12 homers and 28 RBIs, with an OPS of .979. Arenado has played all eight of his Major League Baseball seasons with the Rockies.
