An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 6-week-old boy from Cleveland. The City of Cleveland issued the AMBER Alert for 6-week-old male Cannon Tatum, who was reportedly taken by a family friend Tuesday, 23-year-old TaShanee Dumas.Dumas and the child were last seen around 10 p.m. in the area of West 85th and Madison.Dumas is driving a Black 2006 Chevy Impala, with Ohio license plate of M388569.Anyone having information is asked to call the Cleveland Police Department at 216-623-5200, or dial 9-1-1.
