Legendary NFL quarterback Tom Brady will be playing in the Super Bowl without Bill Belichick as his head coach for the first time.
But you wouldn't know it after listening to Colin Cowherd refer multiple times to Belichick as if he'll be coaching Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers instead of Bruce Arians in Super Bowl LV, during a discussion with former NFL head coach Jimmy Johnson on FOX Sports' The Herd.

Cowherd has been known to antagonize Cincinnati sports fans. He changed his tune about Bengals rookie quarterback Joe Burrow before the 2020 NFL season started, though Cowherd insisted he was still convinced that the "lousy" Bengals would "lose a bunch of games" in Burrow's first season.
Cowherd said in June on The Herd that "the train is off the tracks" with regard to hype for Burrow.
"The ridiculous hype for Joe Burrow continues," Cowherd said in June. "He's a good prospect going into a brutal situation in a defensively loaded division, and he's going to struggle mightily."
Cowherd suggested that everything was falling into place for Dolphins rookie quarterback Tua Tagovailoa because the timing of the draft allowed him to drop to Miami - "historically a better organization" than the Bengals.
In April, Cowherd said he was bothered by a comparison former Bengals QB Boomer Esiason made about Burrow potentially making an impact in Cincinnati that was similar to what NBA star LeBron James did in Cleveland.
Cowherd said in March that the Bengals should trade the No. 1 overall pick in the draft because "Joe Burrow with no help is going to struggle in Cincinnati" and "there is no fourth-place team in the NFL that is further away talent-wise than the three teams above them than the Bengals." Bengals receiver Tyler Boyd responded.
Before the draft, Cowherd was among national media to suggest that Burrow should "pull an Eli Manning" and refuse to go to Cincinnati. "Can your career be over before it starts? I think it's possible with Joe Burrow," Cowherd said in February.
In January, Cowherd said he's already convinced that Burrow "is Tony Romo."
