A missing 14-year-old girl was brought back to Cincinnati Children's Hospital after she was removed by her mother against doctor's orders.The Norwood Police Department said Ja-Nialah Tolbert, 14, was removed from Cincinnati Children's Hospital Monday by her mother against doctors' wishes. Police said doctors feared for the girl's safety as she was suffering from a serious medical condition that requires immediate attention.The teen was brought back to the hospital around 1 p.m. Tuesday by another family member. Police said she walked in on own power and seems to be in good condition and will be evaluated by medical personnel.The Norwood Police Department said it will be in discussion with the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office regarding any possible criminal charges concerning Ja-Nialah’s disappearance.
