Deloitte to lease space at The Foundry on Cincinnati’s Fountain Square

Deloitte will open an office in The Foundry development Downtown in the old Fountain Place building, the project’s developer announced Tuesday.

Deloitte, a global financial services firm, is the first office tenant to sign a contract for space in the building with Cincinnati Center City Development Corp., or (3CDC).

3CDC is redeveloping the site on the corner of Fifth and Vine streets into a new $51-million mixed-use development.

Royce –  a French brasserie featuring charcuterie, pâtés and other classic French dishes –  was the first tenant to sign and is set to open later this year, The Enquirer Previously reported.

Deloitte will lease space on the second floor of the building along Vine Street with a view of Fountain Square directly across the street.

Employees will relocate to The Foundry from an existing office, according to a company spokeswoman, who declined to say how many.
