The Philadelphia Eagles and center Jason Kelce, a former University of Cincinnati Bearcats standout, agreed to a new deal for 2021 that will pay him $9 million fully guaranteed at signing and potentially up to $12 million, according to a report Friday by NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Kelce announced on Instagram that he'd reworked his deal to return to the team for which he has played his first 10 NFL seasons.
Kelce and his wife also welcomed their second child - a daughter named Elliotte Ray - earlier this week.
Social media reactions, including congratulations from UC:
Kelce is a four-time Pro Bowler (2014, 2016, 2019, 2020) and three-time first-team All-Pro (2017–2019).
Kelce's younger brother, Travis, who also starred for the Bearcats, finished Super Bowl LV with 10 catches for 133 yards in the Kansas City Chiefs' loss last month to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
