The long-awaited Northern Kentucky Trader Joe’s will finally be opening Friday.The Crestview Hills Town Center store, opening at 8 a.m., will mark the first location for the grocery chain in Northern Kentucky and the second in the Greater Cincinnati area.To help you get ready, Trader Joe’s earlier this year released its 12th annual “customer choice” awards, listing favorite items by category.The Crestview Hills' 13,400-square-foot store, located in the former Joseph-Beth Booksellers, will also feature artwork that pays tribute to local landmarks and attractions, including the Roebling Suspension Bridge, Newport Aquarium, Big Bone Lick State Park and the Florence Water Tower.
