She scheduled a surgery for her dog to have the mass removed at UCAN Nonprofit Spay/Neuter Clinic.The morning of the dog's surgery, the owner's ride was canceled and then the day got even worse — Blue's mass exploded.Cincinnati Animal CARE's community support team reached out to UCAN to see if they could bring in Blue for the owner. The shelter also arranged separate transport for Blue's owner in can Blue did not make it.However, the surgery was successful and Cincinnati Animal CARE's community support team was able to drive Blue back home the next day. The shelter also gifted the owner a new bed for Blue since the dog's mass exploded on its old bed.Cincinnati Animal CARE is approaching its first anniversary as a shelter.
