A warning for people planning to drive through downtown Covington Tuesday morning -- you'll have some massive obstacles in your way.Three 117-foot-long trucks are delivering huge beams for a new pedestrian bridge going over the railroad tracks on 11th Street.Each other three beams weigh nearly 100,000 pounds each.The beams are expected to be in Covington at around 10 a.m. Tuesday, but traffic on the Brent Spence Bridge could delay their arrival.Signs along the route will point out where parking is prohibited. Cars that ignore the no parking signs will be towed. The signs will be removed after the last truck passes.
