LAS VEGAS — As UFC fans make their return to Las Vegas for UFC 264, numerous celebrities, athletes and other stars are also in attendance to witness the trilogy fight between Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier.
The build-up to what former UFC champion and current analyst Daniel Cormier said is "the biggest fight of the year," drew some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry.
Some celebrities couldn't wait to get in on the events leading up to the fight. TikTok star Addison Rae, who has over 81.9 million followers on the app, was in attendance for the ceremonial weigh-in Friday night.
Even though prelims on Saturday night for the event began four hours before the main card, some celebrities made sure to show up for the night's early action. "Jackass" star Steve-O and movie star Mel Gibson were among the earliest shown in attendance. Steve-O was the subject of criticism from McGregor this week after picking Poirier to win the main event.
Just as the prelims on ESPN were set to begin, fans saw "The Gang" go to a UFC event as Rob McElhenney, Glenn Howerton and Kaitlin Olson of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" fame were seen making their way into the arena with "Game of Thrones" star Kit Harrington.
If anyone needed an indication of how big this fight is, singer Sia is at the arena showing her face, rather than hiding it like she is known for. Rae is also back inside T-Mobile Arena, as well as actor and Thirty Seconds to Mars front man Jared Leto.
Multiple stars began to take their seats as the main card was set to begin, with New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft sitting in the front row. Not too far away was a fellow NFL team owner in Mark Davis of the Las Vegas Raiders. Across the octagon in the front row was movie star Miles Teller.
More football stars appeared as the Cleveland Browns' Baker Mayfield, Odell Beckham Jr., Austin Hooper, and David Njoku were in attendance.
Just as Irene Aldana defeated Yana Kunitskaya, influencer and celebrity boxer Logan Paul entered, fresh off his fight with Floyd Mayweather, as well as Justin Bieber. Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker showed off some affection in front of the crowd, while fans cheered on seeing UFC legend Chuck Liddell and comedian Dave Chapelle.
The celebrity guest list will only get bigger as the night progresses. MMA Junkie reported on Wednesday NBA star Kevin Durant and former President Donald Trump will be inside the arena.
