For the second time in a three-hour span, the Cincinnati Reds are in a rain delay.
In the top of the sixth inning of Wednesday's game against the San Diego Padres, the Reds entered a rain delay due to heavy rain and lightening. The Padres lead the Reds 7-5.
At the start of the game, there was 37-minute delay due to inclement weather in the area. While it didn't rain before the game, it poured after.
The Reds led for nearly the entire game until the top of the fifth when reliever Josh Osich allowed a grand slam.
