The Hamilton County coroner has identified a 54-year-old man who died after being struck by a vehicle Monday evening.At around 7:05 p.m., Covington officers responded to the 4200 block of Winston Avenue for a report of a person struck by a vehicle in the former Burlington Coat Factory parking lot.When officers arrived at the scene, they found a vehicle, the driver of the vehicle and a man lying on the ground. The man, later identified as Frank Harris, 54, was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he later died.The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody.
