How does The Enquirer cover politics?

Editor Beryl Love, Ohio Bureau Chief Jackie Borchardt, and Politics and Business Editor Carl Weiser will be hosting a Facebook Live to talk about how The Enquirer covers politics.

What was The Enquirer thinking?

If you've ever wondered that after reading an article about local politics – or wondering why there wasn't an article about something you thought important – here's a chance to ask.

As part of our efforts both to heal Ohio's red/blue divide and to rebuild trust with our readers, we'll be answering your questions live at noon Thursday, April 8. This session, hosted by The Enquirer's Kathrine Nero, will focus on how The Enquirer and Cincinnati.com cover local government and politics.

How do we decide what to cover and what not to cover? How do we go about covering a story? What kind of discussions do we have internally? We can answer that.

Just come to The Enquirer's Facebook page. You'll be hearing from:

  • Editor Beryl Love;
  • Government/politics editor Carl Weiser;
  • Statehouse bureau chief Jackie Borchardt.
