A man climbed a tree and refused to come down leading to a 13-hour standoff in an Ohio town Wednesday.London, Ohio, police said they were called to a crash scene Wednesday and found a car abandoned.The driver of the vehicle, William Taylor, 40, had climbed on the roof of a home and then up a pine tree more than 40 feet above ground to evade police officers.Police said Taylor was not responsive to responding officers' commands to come down from the tree.After more than 13 hours in the tree, Taylor reportedly started a fire before being willing to climb down.Taylor is now facing a number of charges, including inducing panic, aggravated trespassing, arson and obstructing official business.
