Western Carolina head coach Mark Prosser, the son of former Xavier Musketeers head coach Skip Prosser, will replace former Elder High School standout and Xavier player and assistant coach Pat Kelsey as the Winthrop Eagles' new head coach, according to multiple reports Thursday night.
