Dearborn County is under a travel watch Saturday morning due to heavy rain fall and flooding, according to the Dearborn County Emergency Management.
Several roads in the county are flooded and impassible for vehicles, said Jason Sullivan, director of the Dearborn County Emergency Management. The county is under an "orange" travel watch.
An "orange" travel watch means current conditions are a threat to public safety. Sullivan said that only essential travel, such as to and from work or for emergency situations, is recommended during a travel watch.
Dearborn County was under a flash flood warning until 11 a.m. Saturday per the National Weather Service.
