Former Cincinnati Bearcats commit Mumu Bin-Wahad, a defensive back from Grayson High School in Loganville, Georgia, announced via Twitter on Wednesday that he's committed to play for the West Virginia Mountaineers.
Bin-Wahad gave the Bearcats their first Class of 2022 commitment in Oct. 2020, shortly after UC offered him. He announced in January that he was decommitting from UC and reopening his recruitment because of coaching changes.
At the time the 6-foot, 180-pound Bin-Wahad committed to UC, he also had offers - per 247sports - from Arizona State, Arkansas, Kansas, Kent State, Michigan State and UAB. He later added offers from WVU, Michigan, Nebraska and Georgia Tech.
