Two people were found shot to death in Pendleton County in May — and Kentucky State Police are now investigating the incident as a double homicide.Officials said crews were called to the 200 block of Straub Lane in Pendleton County just before 11 a.m. on May 28.When responders arrived, they found a man and a woman dead from gunshot wounds.The two found dead have been identified as Dillon K. Carpenter 28, from Demossville, and Madison J. Klups 24, from Springboro, Ohio.On Tuesday, Kentucky State Police provided an update saying the death investigation is now being investigated as a double homicide.Police are still investigating.
