A man is dead and a woman has been hospitalized in a Wednesday night crash in Anderson Township.It happened just after 11 p.m. in the 6800 block of Beechmont Avenue. Police say a driver hit and killed a man who was walking with his husband in the bike lane of Beechmont Avenue. Police say the driver was traveling west on Beechmont Avenue when she crossed the center line and drove off the side of the road, hitting 57-year-old Jee Han Park. The driver then hit a utility pole, trapping inside her car with live wires on it. Duke Energy as called to the scene and had to shut off power before rescue crews could get Bengal out.She was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.We're told Park's husband was not hurt. Police said the woman was not wearing a seatbelt. Police believe drugs and alcohol are a factor in the crash. WLWT will continue to update this story with more information when it comes in.
