The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is mourning the loss of one of their K9 officers, Vando.The sheriff's office said Vando died unexpectedly Monday after suffering from a medical emergency. Vando served alongside his partner, Sgt. Aaron Heflin, since 2013 as a dual purpose explosive detection and patrol K9. "No words for how much we will miss you, buddy," the sheriff's office said in a tweet.
