A man has been arrested for arson after allegedly setting a fire that heavily damaged Miami Valley Christian Academy Monday.It happened around 3 a.m. when Newtown Officers and Anderson Township Fire crews responded to the scene of a fire at the school.A preliminary investigation showed several fires had been intentionally set, as well several windows damaged.Damage to the school is estimated to be around $100,000.A man, identified as Thomas Holbert, 18, was found on the scene and was later charged with arson.Officers believe Holbert was the only one involved. The incident is still under investigation and further charges may be pending, officers said.
