An Evanston man has been arrested after he entered a Penn Station restaurant claiming to be a police officer, while also handcuffing individuals inside the establishment and making threats, according to officials.
Jeff Wesley, 48, is facing charges of impersonating a police officer, aggravated menacing and criminal trespassing.
According to court documents, Wesley went into the Penn Station on West McMillan Street and told patrons he was a police officer and placed individuals in handcuffs.
Wesley allegedly told someone, "I'll put two in your head" according to court documents.
He was asked to leave the restaurant but refused.
Wesley's bond has been set at $1,000 and he is ordered to stay away from the Penn Station restaurant.
