Kings Island is increasing its seasonal and part-time pay to $15 per hour.
The pay raise is for all 2021 seasonal and part-time positions ages 16 and older, the Mason, Ohio-based amusement park said in a Facebook post on Saturday.
"As we're seeing across a wide range of industries, the availability of labor continues to be a challenge," the post reads.
In April, Kings Island raised its hourly wages for its 2021 seasonal positions to $11-$14 per hour, according to Enquirer media partner Fox19.
More than 50 full-time, year-round positions, which include benefits, are also being added to the park's food and beverage team.
Kings Island isn't alone in raising employee pay.
Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio announced on Friday that it's raising part-time and seasonal pay to $20 per hour.
Both parks are owned by the Cedar Fair Entertainment Co.
