Authorities are searching for a missing 24-year-old man, who has not been seen in more than a month. LaTroy Conley II was last seen on April 9, officials with the Cincinnati Police Department said Wednesday. That's when he was discharged from the Eastern State Hospital in Kentucky, and taken via Uber to a homeless shelter on Gest Street in Cincinnati. It's unclear if he actually made it to the shelter, police said. Conley’s last known address was on Iowa Avenue in Walnut Hills at the young adult shelter prior to going in the hospital, police said. He's described as Black, around 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police.
