IS THE CRASH AGAIN. THERE WAS A WOMAN WITH A DOG RIGHT THERE WHEN THAT VEHICLE CAME CRASHING IN. THIS WAS MAY 5TH. Driver indicted after crashing into patio of Loveland restaurant in May
A driver has been indicted after police said he crashed into the patio seating area of a Loveland restaurant back in May.According to police, the driver then fled the scene after the crash.The driver, identified as Tobie Ramsey, 25, eventually surrendered to Loveland police after the crash at Paxton's Grill on West Loveland Avenue.This week, Ramsey was indicted on eight charges, including aggravated vehicular assault, failure to stop after a crash and OVI.Police released video of the crash back in May. The video shows the vehicle veer off the side of the road and crash into the patio of the restaurant, taking out tables, chairs and the patio awning. Police said minor injuries to a few patrons were reported.
