Cincinnati Bengals begin rookie minicamp

Rookies reported to Paul Brown Stadium on Friday.

The Cincinnati Bengals officially started rookie minicamp. The Bengals drafted 10 players in the 2021 NFL Draft. Wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase, guard Jackson Carman, defensive end Joseph Ossai, defensive end Cameron Sample, defensive tackle Tyler Shelvin, offensive tackle D’Ante Smith, kicker Evan McPherson, center Trey Hill, running back Chris Evans and defensive end Wyatt Hubert.

Joining the Bengals rookie draft class are six undrafted free agents.

Punter Drue Chrisman, linebacker Darius Hodge, wide receiver Riley Lees, cornerback Antonio Phillips, tight end Pro Wells and running back Pooka Williams, Jr.

All the rookies are expected to participate in rookie minicamp on Friday.

Offseason schedule: The Bengals will start organized offseason activities later this month. OTAs are May 25-27, June 1-3 and June 7-10.

Mandatory minicamp is June 15-17.
